LSR Mail Order Repair Service

PLEASE READ *ALL* THIS PAGE BEFORE PACKAGING AND POSTING YOUR REPAIR PARCEL TO LSR (or arranging collection by FedEx)

Allow 10-14 working days for repairs. However, we can offer an EXPRESS SERVICE for an extra £20.00. If you choose this service your goods will be repaired and despatched on the next working day. Please clearly mark the outside of your parcel "EXPRESS SERVICE" if you choose this option. This Express Service is inclusive of P&P for mainland UK. Customers in ROI, Channel Islands and IOM please call 01282 439109 for clarification of return postal charges before posting.

COLLECTION BY FedEx - NEW!
LSR can arrange for your item to be collected from your address at £12 (or £15 for large items like tents). Please remember this is collection only - the return postage is £7.50. When an item is collected it is insured for up to £250. Contact us on 01282 439109 if you would like us to arrange a FedEx collection. Collections booked with LSR before 12.00am will be collected on the same day. Unfortunately this service is not available for customers in the Scottish Islands or overseas.

Order Form and Payment

• Open the Repair Order Form and print it out (PDF - new window) • Complete all relevant sections • Make cheque/PO payable to L.S.R. • Or pay using credit/debit card • Don't forget to enclose the order form and cheque in your parcel, along with any sketches or additional instructions

Return Postage & Packing

• The correct amount to pay is shown on the order form • Additional repairs will be returned free in the same parcel • Confused about how much to pay? call 01282 439109 for clarification • Express Service customers in ROI, Channel Islands and IOM call 01282 439109 for clarification

If sending boots or shoes for repair:

• Remove footbeds and laces • Make sure they are in a clean condition • They need to be well packaged to avoid sustaining further damage on their way to LSR

If sending waterproof clothing, rucsacks or tents for repair:

• Clearly indicate the area for repair - either by attaching a note on the damaged area of the rucsack/garment, an elastic band on a tent or by enclosing a simple sketch and/or notes. • You can use the garment repair chart if you find it preferable to making your own sketch (opens in a new window) • Make sure everything is well packaged to avoid sustaining damage in the post
